Mark Newell graduated from the College of Imaging Arts & Sciences with a degree in New Media Publishing in May of 2008. Prior to graduation, he was employed as a Student Researcher, Drupal developer and Web Editor on the innaugural launch of the Innovation News project. Currently, he is a full-time web developer at the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle newspaper, an extension of his undergrad co-op. Outside of work, Mark is also an owner/developer/writer/podcast personality for Bloody Good Horror, a website dedicated to horror film, video game, literature, and comic commentary and reviews.
